All items are sold as is.  We do our best to describe items to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed. 

All items need to be picked up at the designated pickup times.  Any items not picked up will be considered forfeited and your card on file will be charged. Credit card transactions under $10.00 will be charged additional fees. 

Please do not pay your invoice until I send it to you in your registered email with all the pickup details.

Drake's Estates, nor the homeowners are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur at time of pickup.  Please bring any help needed with you to move heavy items. 

 - Not all items are eligible for shipping.  Please make sure each item is marked for shipping. We charge a $5.00 handling fee for up to 3 items shipped together, each additional items is $1 each more.  This is in addition to the actual shipping charges.  We will ship packages within 5 days of auction pickup date.  Please contact me before paying the invoice if shipping is needed.  440-319-5926
