Description

These are three figurines from Duncan Royale's "History of Santa" collection. Each is made of resin and stands approximately 6" tall and comes on its own wood stand with a plaque with its name. The three are:

The Pixie: He is from the third edition that was released in 1990. The Pixie was the basis of Santa's dwarves. Stories and legends of pixies have been told for centuries.

Babouska of Russia: She is from the 3rd Edition in 1990. She comes with her tag. Babouska was the most popular gift giver in Russia when Christmas was an acceptable festivity in that country. She was the grandmotherly type traveling with her basket of food and toys.

Russian- He is from the 3rd edition released in 1990. The Russian depiction of St. Nicholas is generally that of a bearded man, an image which is certainly based on the portrait Duke Vladimir brought from Byzantium in 987 AD.
