Description

The three larger plates are collectible plates from Royal Copenhagen Denmark's Christmas Series. The first is from 1978, and is entitled "Greenland Scenery." The second is from 1982, and is entitled " Waiting for Christmas." The third is from 1985, and is entitled " The Snowman." All are fine china, and measure 7.25" across. The artist is Kai Lange.

The smaller plates are a grouping of three Royal Copenhagen ceramic mini decorative plates, and one even smaller Delft one. The three Royal Copenhagen plates depict a sleigh being pulled by a horse in a winter Christmastime scene; a mermaid sitting on the rocks in a busy port; and a 1908 Renault car. The Delft plate has a windmill. The Royal Copenhagen plates measure 3" across, the Delft 2.25". The bigger three all have holes in the back to put hanging twine through. None have any chips, cracks, or crazing.
