All items are sold as is.  We do our best to describe items to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed. 

All items need to be picked up at the designated pickup times. Any items not picked up will be considered forfeited and your card on file will be charged.  Credit cards under $10. will be charged additional fees.  

Please do not pay your invoice until I send it to you in your registered email with all the pickup details. 

Drake's Estates, nor the homeowner is responsible for any damages or injuries that may incur at time of pickup.   Nor can anyone help you with moving heavy items or furniture.  Please bring any necessary items or help with you.
