***THE RESIDENCE IS IN THE PRIVATE 'FAIRMOUNT BUILDING. EVERYTHING MUST BE REMOVED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12-5PM. No other pick up times will be available. Shipping will be offered on certain items, and we will offer transport of small items to our North Royalton offices for a fee.
This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. Please review the 'Terms & Conditions' section on this site to familiarize yourself with all aspects of the bidding process and pick up procedures. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees.
