Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items. Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely. We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.

- If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice with the actual pickup address after the auction closes. This is NOT a receipt of payment. You are required to pay with Credit Card/Debit Card via Stripe with the link provided on your invoice OR pay with exact cash at pick up. (No Credit Card payments are permitted at pick-up site; no personal checks accepted.)
