This stately North Royalton home features much in wonderful traditional home furnishings and much in great art and collectibles. Perusing through the sale you will find quite a few pieces of Ethan Allen Country Collection furnishings. Such pieces are a dining room set, desks, bedroom furniture, dry sinks and corner cabinets. We also have a great Queen Anne tufted back leather sofa, Ethan Allen Soft goods and much more. There is also Custom made furniture by Vermont Cabinet company. We have many LLADRO items, Signed artwork, pottery and much in barware and glassware. There are beautiful Tiffany Lamps and so many other items including Brass Beds and a whole large amount of Cleveland Memorabilia. Pickup will be in North Royalton, Ohio. Address and instructions for pickup will be given on the invoice. Invoices will be sent the night prior to pick up. **Pickup will be Sunday August 6, 2023 from 1-4pm. This will be a one time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees.
